Position Overview
The Real Estate Instructor, Property Management, will be responsible for providing instruction for the state-required 24-hour Property Management Permit curriculum. The ideal candidate will have held a Property Management Permit for at least 2 years, demonstrating expertise in all applicable rules and laws governing Nevada real estate and property management. Additionally, candidates should possess experience in actively managing properties and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.
What You'll Do

• Provide instruction for the state-required 24-hour Property Management Permit curriculum.
• Educate students on applicable rules and laws governing Nevada real estate and property management.

What You'll Ned to Succeed

• Held a Property management permit for at least 2 years.
• Licensed and active in NV for 6 years.
• Knowledgeable in all applicable rules and laws governing Nevada real estate and property management.
• Experience in actively managing properties and up to date knowledge on industry.
