Responsibilities
•Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
•Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
•Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
•Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
•Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications
• Georgia Real Estate license required or pursuing
• Member of a local Real Estate Board
•Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (oral and written)
•Willingness to learn and use new tools, systems, and technologies
•Willingness to go where the business is - service within a radius of an hour around our East Cobb office
•Self-motivation and drive
•Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
•A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
•Organized and manages time effectively
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
