We provide comprehensive training, pre-qualified leads, and attractive incentives to reward success. The base salary is a competitive $37,440, with additional commissions and bonuses depending on performance. Those who are proficient in their role can look forward to potentially making up to an impressive $55,000 annually . The commission structure that is in place is a great way to reward hard work and persistence, while also incentivizing sales staff to strive for higher performance.
