We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure they receive outstanding customer service.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up to optimize patient flow.
- Coordinate patient intake, registration, and medical history documentation accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Collaborate with the medical team and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and taking payments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical office setting, preferably in plastic surgery or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications (MS Office suite).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanour and ability to handle sensitive patient inquiries with empathy.
