Job Summary
This position requires you to wear multiple hats. You need to have some beginner experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer skills. You would also be dealing directly with customers, administrative work, photography, and assisting the CEO with emails, calls, and paperwork.
The most important quality I am looking for someone to fill this position is to be a great problem solver. Often you will be confronted with a problem, and (eventually after having adequate experience with the company) we expect you to figure out the best solution for the problem without seeking the help or attention of your bosses or anybody else.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer the phone
- Greet clients
- Assist the CEO in his day to day needs (writing emails, calling clients, helping him on his computer)
- Compose excel sheets
- Learn the diamond software this company uses
- Using the photography machine for the new inventory
- Keep the inventory up to date

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
