POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager has a pivotal role responsible for driving the company's growth in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland & Delaware. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain client relationships, devise regional sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded by increasing sales through existing customers, and onboarding new ones.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Direct Regional sales initiatives.
  • Identifying prospects and onboarding new dealers/wholesalers to achieve revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with VP, Sales & Marketing on devising and implementing sales strategies.
  • Spearhead aggressive prospecting plans to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads via personal research and networking efforts.
  • Build strategies to achieve Regional sales goals, ensuring consistent success.

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive Base Salary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years sales experience in the building materials sector; garage door industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferred experience in Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be open to traveling for customer sales meetings, trade shows, and product demos.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ideal candidate would have 2 years’ experience as an outside sales team member in the garage door industry or building materials sector.

Work is performed in a remote home office setting or onsite at customer's facility with frequent calls and online TEAMs meetings. Duties may require sitting and/or operating a motor vehicle for long periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
