• MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX to apply or willing to attain within 30 days
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Farm and Ranch network, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Must currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license in TX or willing to attain in next 30 days
• Have knowledge of the Farm and Ranch markets and country estates
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
