Pathlight is seeking to hire a Behavior Analyst.
PROGRAM/HOURS: Residential Clinical / 40 Hours - 9a-5p Monday-Friday with some flexibility and requirement to flex schedule to meet program needs that may include nights and weekends. Some availability to work remotely.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Develop and implement behavior plans, programs, assessments, and analysis of data ensuring a high degree of reliability between the written plan and the observed behavior of staff working with individuals. Prepare and present reports to funding bodies, internal agency bodies, and other regulatory bodies as needed. Reports to The Director of Clinical Services and supervises a Behavior Specialist.
LOCATION: Greenfield, MA
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Director of Clinical Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires:
- Comprehensive knowledge of an advanced and highly specialized discipline; behavioral health, requiring independent research and creative work involving highly advanced theoretical knowledge within a specialized field. Master's degree with BCBA Certification and LABA Licensure
- Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and Positive Behavior Supports
- Solid knowledge and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Requires travel, driver's license, vehicle, professional references, and acceptable CORI are required.
SALARY: Clinical, Exempt - Hire range $66,726.40-$72,196.80 with ability to hire at the Discretionary Hire point.
