What you will do:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Deliver services in the home, school, clinic, and other community settings
- Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff
- Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data
- Write timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, notes, and assessments
- Maintain compliance with all timelines and regulations from funders and agency guidelines
- Attend team meetings and support plan implementation with fidelity and compassion
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (required)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community-based behavioral services
- Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers\
- BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (required)
- Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Must be at least 21 years old
