We are a busy fast paced always growing company seeking a Project Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team.Responsibilities Include:- Project Coordinating contracted jobs we have with General Contractors as well as end users and other customers, reviewing and maintaining the projects for our scopes of work.- Position sources products from various suppliers as was bid as part of the contract or source for a change order;- Follow up and work with customers to help successfully complete our project scopes of work on construction projects.- Assisting our customers, and working with our internal sales and installation teams and other departments as needed for the success of the projects your are project coordinating.Requirements:- An interest in the construction industry- Highly motivated and eager to learn- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills- Strong negotiation skills- Detail-Oriented- You must be a persistent self motivated individual that can find information that is not easily available and can follow up with customers as needed.- Team player who can also work independently in a fast paced exciting environment.NOTE: Pay range dependent on experience and skill level.
