Experience in creditor's rights or civil litigation is a plus. Must be admitted in Connecticut and New York (or able to be admitted shortly). This is a perfect opportunity to manage a caseload, or learn civil litigation for newer attorneys.

• Managing a high volume caseload
• Attend regular court appearances
• Issuance of subpoenas
• Post judgment enforcement
• Litigating cases
• High volume settlements
• Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents

Requirements :

• Admitted to CT and NY bars (or can be admitted shortly)
• Independent worker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to manage a caseload from start to finish
• Creditor's rights experience is a plus
