Ongoing need to fill positions for:
Fry/Grill Cooks
Sub Makers
Pizza Makers
Cashiers
*For each position we require potential candidates to adhere to food safety guidelines, maintaining clean work stations, maintaining sanitary conditions and preventing cross contaminants.*
Responsibilities:
Prepare customer orders
Communicate with staff and have a positive work culture
Ensure all orders are made in a timely manner
Prepare and stock respective work stations (based upon interest of position)
Maintain clean and organized work stations
Fry/Grill Cooks -Starting $16.00 hr
Responsible for operating the grill an d fry lighter. Cooking and preparing a diverse variety of grilled and fried entrees and appetizers
Safely operating the grill and fryer
Communicate with fellow staff regarding orders and serving customers
Ensuring quality of food is consistent and delicious
Must be able to multitask
Making sure station is stocked
Filtering the fryers daily (end of night)
Cleaning the grill daily (end of night)
Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
Must wear gloves when preparing orders
Effectively open and close grill/fryers at the start and end of shift
Sub Makers- Starting $16.00 hr
Responsible for the preparation and serving of a variety of subs, salads and pastas.
Safely operate and prepare food while using knives and hot equipment
Communicate effectively with fellow staff regarding food preparation
Maintain a quick workflow, able to multitask
Stocking station
Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
Must wear gloves when preparing orders
Wrap units within station (end of night)
Ability to answer phones and take customer orders if required to
Pizza Makers- Starting $16.00 hr
Responsible for making customers orders accordingly
Safely operate the pizza oven and maintaining attention the quality of pizzas
Stocking station along with pizzas within the cooler
Making fresh pizza sauce from scratch
Must wear gloves when preparing food
Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
Effectively open and close ovens at the start and end of shift
Ability to answer phones and take customers orders if required to
Cashiers- Starting $15.00 hr
Responsible for the monetary transactions between store and customer
Ensuring all monetary transactions are valid
Able to multitask and assist fellow kitchen staff with respective duties
Must answer phones
Have good interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain respect and courtesy of customers
Serve meals to customers
Stocking dressings for kitchen staff

Qualifications
At least one year in food service industry or related field (preferred)
At least one year in pizzeria setting (preferred)
Must be 18
