Panum Group is Hiring a Project Manager Near Washington, DC

•An active adjudicated CBP Background Investigation. 

•At least a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.

•At least 8 years of experience (senior professional) assisting Federal agencies with managing programs and teams providing executive assistance. 

•Experience with Federal programs providing Executive Level Communication Support to Front Office including the Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Assistant Commissioner, and Chief of Staff. 

•Experience with Federal programs providing Executive Level Tasking Support 

•Experience with Federal programs providing Budget Analysis, Planning, and Reporting 

•Experience providing direct oversight of the contractor’s performance. 

•Experience serving as the lead or single point of contact (POC) for administration of contracts and principal POC for large Federal agency programs.

•Experience presenting high-level presentations and presenting to senior management. 

•Experience managing data and files using the Microsoft SharePoint or Share Drive system. 

•Proven record of providing superior customer service to individuals and organizations.

•Demonstrated ability to add value to customer interactions. 

•Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making techniques. 

•Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a practical approach to using time and resources. 

•Superior business acumen. 

•Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. 

•Strong analytical, consulting, and facilitation skills. 

•Strong project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate successful leadership initiatives and programs.
