**Associate General Manager**

Our brands are built on a proprietary internationalization platform with competencies across warehousing/logistics, globally distributed performance creative, compliance and payments.

Since our launch in 2018, weve sold our products in 100 different countries. We have grown to over 100 employees and contractors across several locations in the world. Backed by Googles AI Gradient Ventures, were a rapidly growing startup poised to become a leader in the Direct to Consumer industry.

**Responsibilities:**

As an Associate General Manager, you will report to the GM of Lumin and be responsible for driving the workstreams on select strategic questions. This means structuring the problem statement, aligning on key inputs and analyses with stakeholders, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesizing and communicating a recommendation. At a high-level, Associate GMs will have three primary responsibilities:

* Own the end-to-end execution of certain key strategic projects

* Drive strategic insights from our data to surface opportunities for improvement and work with functional stakeholders to implement and bank the win

* Collaborate with the GM on driving larger strategic projects to support specific areas of the project

**Requirements:**

* Experience and proven success in product management, management consulting, finance, or internal strategy roles

* Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and optimization levers

* Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under high pressure environment

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to structure conceptual problems and drive towards executable outcomes

* High level of ownership and consistent desire to learn

**Bonus points**

* Founder experience (we love former founders, even "failed" ones)

* Experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment

* SQL, Python or other analytical tools

* Strong creative writing skills

* Web programming
