Currently hiring for fall maintenance & winter snow removal in the Fort Collins area which will require nighttime shifts and flexibility. Responsibilities:
- THIS IS A MANUAL LABOR POSITION. Snowfall very commonly occurs late on cold winter nights. You need to be comfortable performing a very physical job.
- Snow-shoveling, snow-blowing
- Applying De-icing materials to sidewalks & roadways
- Lawn-mowing
- Performing seasonal cleanups, gutter cleanings
- Weed-whacking
- Installing Landscaping materials
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Operating heavy machinery
- Operating all equipment responsibly
- Communicating effectively with office and with crew lead
- Ability and desire to show up consistently
- Works efficiently
- Safety-minded
- Respectful of all other crew members, contributes to positive morale
- Team-oriented. We all need to pull our weight.
- Preferred - past labor experience
- Preferred - ability to drive a pickup truck with large trailer
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 36 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
