We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Duties:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the heavy wrecker and transport segment.
• Identify and target new business opportunities through market analysis and customer prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify areas for business expansion and
• Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of heavy wrecker and heavy transport equipment, technologies, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales target
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on building client relationships
