A private luxury Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens is searching for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team.  This is a full-time position 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm (Occasional overtime may be required). Old Palm is an elite private club with exceptional experiences and superb amenities, including an Audubon-certified Raymond Floyd golf course, golf studio, upscale and casual dining, and a brand new state-of-the-art Lifestyle Center with spa and fitness, all of which provide a diverse year-round social calendar.

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide and ensure a positive first impression to the club’s Members and guests by delivering an enthusiastic, courteous, and friendly disposition and warm consistent greeting. This position will handle numerous responsibilities including POS, setting appointments, and taking registrations, facility preparation and interaction with Members and guests.

General Responsibilities:

• General Office Work 
• Answering emails and phone calls.
• Answering member and guest questions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scheduling meetings for the General Manager and maintaining the appointment calendar.
• Assisting the Food & Beverage team with POS items and taking food to-go orders.

Required Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic bookkeeping skills.

• Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.

• Must pass drug test and background check
