Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Fuel and Lubricant Sales Professional plays a vital role in building customer relationships and delivering profitable growth to the company. The individual is responsible for maximizing and growing revenue and profits by acquiring new business and growing a select group of existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new profitable business and growing our product profile in existing accounts. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, motivated, self-starter, success driven and goal oriented individual who loves to sell. The ideal candidate will reside in El Paso County, Colorado. No relocation will be provided.

Required Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of documented outside sales experience in a related business environment or similar focused industry (Business to Business preferred).
  • Experience selling to the petroleum, concrete aggregates, chemicals, heavy equipment, automotive, transportation, or alternative energy is highly desirable.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue and profit objectives.
  • Cold calling experience with no fear of rejection.
  • Experience Selling Based on Value.
  • Mechanical ability or understanding of the industries we serve.
  • Experience using CRM solutions.
  • BS or BA in Business, Science, Engineering or related Major preferred.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, no exceptions.
  • Must possess a good driving record and pass a rigorous background investigation.
