- W2 Contract, 6 Months
- This is a hybrid Schedule based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL - likely twice per week onsite, with Wednesday a core day. Therefore, candidates should reside in a commutable distance.
Overview
This is a general Training Specialist for the client to perform standardized trainings. The Training Specialist is a content and/or training process expert who delivers training curriculums and course material that integrates business processes with technical skills and knowledge required for employees to safely and effectively perform job duties.
Responsibilities
- Participates in, and conducts company training programs.
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
- May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Possess demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.
- Computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
