Weekend Home Health RN with weeknight triage responsibilities.
* Weeknight responsibilities include triaging patient calls and conducting occasional PRN visits when needed as determined by triage.
* Weekend responsibilities include conducting up to two admission visits Saturday and two admission visits Sunday along with triage responsibilities.
The Weekend Home Health RN works closely with other Nightingale team members and the patient’s care providers.
* This position is a 7 day on and 7 day off rotation from Monday to Monday.
* Weeknight triage duty begins at 5:00 PM and ends at 8:00 AM
* Weekend coverage begins at 5:00 PM on Friday and concludes at 8:00 AM on Monday
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 2-years Acute Care Nursing Experience
* Current Professional RN License
* Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card
* Home health experience helpful but not required
