Cabana Servers are responsible for waiting on cabana customers, while providing excellent customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Noah's Ark - Cabana Server - Seasonal

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

* Greet and escort Guests to cabanas

* Serve cabana guests in a friendly, courteous manner

* Take food and drink orders from cabana guests and/or explain how to mobile order; deliver orders upon completion

* Handle financial transactions for orders you take from the guest as soon as possible.

* Speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge

* Execute nightly closing procedures including cleaning cabanas; tables, chairs, fridge and surrounding area

* Assist bartenders with preparing drinks when needed

* Assist in other departments as needed

* Performs any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Other

* Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet

* Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)

* Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist

* Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions

* Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times

* Ability to speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge

* Demonstrate basic math skills associated with operating a cash register

* Comply to all uniform policies

* Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
