Reception:
- Health and Safety Management
- In Person Temperature Checks and Sign in Sheet
- Proof of Vaccination Register Management
- In Person Appointment Confirmations
- In Person Appointment Check Ins
- Zoom Appointment Check-Ins
- Zoom Appointment Troubleshooting (SMS and Phone Assistance)
- Communicating all Appointment Check Ins via Slack
- Stocking Forms
Onboarding:
- Scheduling Training in the Calendar System
- Creating Offer Letters per Company
- Attaching Offer Letter PDF to Orientation Email per Company
- Creating New Employee Digital Folder per Company
- Bringing New Start on Board via Calendar System
- Sending Digital Documents per Company
- Administering New Start Paperwork and Scanning IDs
- Cross checking paperwork
- Administering Coffee Card Perk Ticket
- Download Background Check PDF & Upload to Digital File
- Downloading NYC Sexual Harassment Certificate and upload to Digital File
- Taking and Uploading a Badge Photo
- Submitting Direct Deposits
- Filing Physical Paperwork
- Printing Badges
- Off-boarding
- Wednesday Payroll Management - Providing i9 documentation per first payroll week
- Ad Hoc Tasks as requested by Management (via Worksheet)
- Social Media Photos
