This position is a Part-time position located in our Sumter market, and Florence market, and Orangeburg market

Qualified applicants ideally would possess the following:

• Experience as a play-by-play sports announcer for local High School football.
• Knowledge in set-up of broadcast equipment for broadcasting local sports on location.
• Professional Self-Starter with a Positive “Can-Do” Attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities for Position:

• Broadcasting local High School Football games in SC.
• Proper handling of broadcast equipment, including mixer, mics, and full setup.
• Strong communication skills, able to follow directions from Board ops at studio
• Promptness for games, dependability, punctuality, and team cooperation
• Ability to interview coaches, and guests at the games.
• Trustworthiness in handling company equipment, and communication with staff when issues, or problems arise
• Availability for dates, and times of local games. Transportation to and from games.
• Must have smart phone for communication with management at studio as needed.
• Salary: To be determined based on experience.
