QUALIFICATIONS
Ask yourself: Do you have at least 5 years of automotive industry experience? Are you a master in management, steering teams towards excellence for over 5 years? Can you expertly navigate through key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to accelerate performance? Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 5 years of successful management experience.
• Proficient in KPI reporting, ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting.

DAY-TO-DAY
As our Auto Shop District Manager, you'll cruise through your workweek with a Monday-Friday schedule , with occasional weekends if needed. Your days will be action-packed, collaborating with location managers, overseeing multiple stores, and driving strategic decisions to hit top gear.
