Since 1943, Misericordia has been at the center of skilled nursing care in York, Pennsylvania. Inspired by the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy, Misericordia serves residents with a unique spirit of compassion. Our facility has 50 beds situated in 14 private rooms and 18 semi-private rooms. Our smaller size allows staff to get to know each resident on a personal level. We have one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in York County (each resident receives 166% of state requirements for nursing care hours per day).
