TIAG is now hiring a Requirements Analyst to support our team at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. This position requires a Secret level security clearance to be processed to start work, so US Citizenship is a requirement. While this position is mainly remote, preferred location of candidates is in the DC Metro region for onsite visits periodically. Position Responsibilities: * Work with functional proponents to document systems requirements for new and existing IT projects. * Work with multiple customer Offices to document and then lead re-engineering of the process with business stakeholders. BPR will not be limited to CIO systems but will include finance, administration, academic, and research areas of the customer's locations. * Lead requirements development, perform client interviews, coordinate with the development team, decompose requirements, and develop customer stories to create iterative development to deliver solutions. * Documents requirements within a ServiceNow context. Develop, test, validate, and implement ServiceNow workflows. * Provide PM support to the ServiceNow (SN) system implementation. Documents requirements within a SN context. Develops, tests, validates and implements SN workflows. Assists Director CSD in prioritizing work. * Translate business requirements to technical requirements capturing interfaces, data elements, and UI/UX. * Work within a multidisciplinary team of PMs, Help Desk, and Developers to execute customer objectives. * Interface with high-level personnel across IM/IT DoD customer environment. * Develop test plans and track testing. * Where applicable, follow Agile or similar development strategy when managing internal system development projects. Required Experience: * PMI PMP Certification preferred but not required * Must possess and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one * 3 years of IT requirements analysis experience. * Experience with ServiceNow platform applications such as HRSD and/or ITSM
* Experience working and delivering for in Federal Government clients
