Permanent Pediatric opening (MD) in Miami, FL metro area

• Group is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• 100% outpatient Pediatric opening with no inpatient duties
• Group has offices in Miami-Dade County and Broward County
• Services include medical, dental and behavioral health and support services for patients.
• Total of 28 medical and primary care providers in the group plus a large dental and behavioral health team
• Hours are Monday Friday and the clinic is open 8 am 7 pm.
• On call schedule required covering rotating weekends over the phone with no in-person call.
• NextGen EMR
• Opening is due to expansion of services and need in the area
• Average number of patients per day will be between 15 and 22 per day
• Competitive salary and benefits to be discussed with the employer. Depending on experience.
• Group offers a guaranteed base salary and there are no production incentives. Group wants focus on high quality of care and not just patient volumes.
