Meyer Distributing is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Arlington, TX Information Technology Team - we are hiring immediately! Meyer Distributing is a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and warehouse distribution.
Education/Certification(s):
· Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience
Preferred Experience for Assistant Project Manager:
· 2 years of professional project management experience in information technology
Requirements for Assistant Project Manager:
· Understanding of and ability to navigate multiple file systems in Microsoft Windows environment
· Professional Verbal and written skills
· Strong ability to research and troubleshoot issues
· Ability to learn and work with all functions and roles inside the Developer team
· Ability to organize Projects and determine priority

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Assistant Project Manager duties include but are not limited to:
· Establish and deadline and monitor the progress of a project
· Identify and resolve issues that arise
· Ensure Stakeholder satisfaction
· Ability to complete a performance evaluation of the project
· Manage multiple projects at once
· Convey project estimates and requirements to Department Managers
