Director, Client Advisory Group

The Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring the overall success of our client advisory team and will be responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships while directing and managing internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an effective communicator that is highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage client service staff
• Develop team members to deliver high quality client experience
• Assist in providing an excellent client experience
• Learn and follow established client success procedures and protocols
• Work alongside senior staff to develop and become part of senior staff
• Participate in routine training sessions to enhance professional skills
• Support the implementation of client retention initiatives
• Familiarize oneself with agency technology tools and systems
• Assist with basic technology-related tasks as needed
• Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to College Station, Texas
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Passionate about managing a team and maintaining positive client relationships
• Previous experience in a client services role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
