As a Platform Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to support smooth, clean, clear operation of the Data Platform and Data Teams. You'll be working with collaborative, friendly teams that love to build, and love to deliver success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversight and documentation of access requests to e.g. our centralized reporting database, dashboards

• Management of vendor calendar and coordination of activities around: contract renewals, invoice payments

• Create and support centralized documentation for regular platform activities: including platform financials, contracts, internal status and process documents

• Support non-technical onboarding activities

• Support coordination of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly team meetings

• Support team growth and change process activities: new team communication channels, new document spaces, changes to request intake tooling

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience~2 years of success in a platform support capacity. Specifically looking for ability to support multiple areas of need in an organized way.

• Organizational Skills. Derives satisfaction from leaving a system, process, or document space cleaner than it was before. Understands that a quickly growing organization will always require strategic thinking and critical evaluation of current processes and documents, and evolution to meet growing needs.

• Proactive Problem Solving. Derives satisfaction from identifying a need, and suggesting changes and improvements to stakeholders across the team.

• Collaboration and Communication. Acknowledged for collaborative behavior, clear communication on priority, need and delivery timelines, etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

$90,000 - $110,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
