As our Roving Carpenter you will work at several properties completing carpentry service requests and making repairs to get apartments ready for move in. You will assist in preventative maintenance and safety inspection repairs. You will report to the Multi Site Service Manager.

You Will:
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our residents 
• Install cabinets, shelving, drywall, and finishes
• Install wooden structures such as frames, partitions, joists, and stud work
• Install fixtures and fittings such as door handles, hinges, locks, and closures
• Tile replacement and repairs
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Skill in safely operating and using power, hand tools and other carpentry equipment and safely storing and maintaining this equipment
• Bridge the communication between manager and residents
• Maintain inventory and notify manager when there are shortages to allow time for parts to be ordered and received to complete the task
• Assist and perform service requests within company response times and quality expectations
• Assist and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment
• Organize and prioritize assigned tasks for completion and identify when a task can be done alone or need additional help or support
• Commit to professional development, stay up to date with industry trends and changes, and attend training
You Have:
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1 years of residential carpentry and remodeling experience
• Basic maintenance experience in plumbing and electrical
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License 
• The ability to exert up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
