What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Legend Management Group?

As our Housekeeper, you will maintain curb appeal of our community by keeping all areas of our community clean and attractive. You will assist the service team to prepare apartments for new residents. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions to maintain curb appeal, do lots of walking throughout community and will lift to 50lbs. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends. You will report to the Service Manager.
Salary Range: $33,388 ($16.05/hr) -$41,836 ($20.11/hr) (based on experience) with $5,500 annual bonus potential
You Will:
Clean public areas daily
Clean and maintain models daily
Clean vacant apartments and keep them fresh and odorless
Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis
Read cautionary labels and respond to written instructions
Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general cleaning and snow removal
You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years of housekeeping experience
Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
