Role Description

This is a Summer Associate role at Fridman Law Firm PLLC for a student currently enrolled in law school. As a Summer Associate, you will be involved in various day-to-day tasks related to serving our technology clients. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being located in our office in New York, NY, but with some flexibility for remote work. You will gain hands-on experience in venture capital financings, entity formation and structuring, cap table management, mergers & acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating contracts, including SaaS agreements and MSAs.
