Job Summary
Garden Concepts is currently looking to hire hardworking landscape professionals to join our garden, construction and maintenance crews. Full time and part time positions are offered with growth potential. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Candidates must be reliable, have a valid drivers license and be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Garden Concepts garden crews maintain both formal and cottage style perennial gardens. We prune, fertilize and maintain roses year round. We plant everything between large trees and shrubs to perennials and annuals. In addition, we amend the soil to meet the needs of the plants we care for.
Garden Concepts construction crews are carpenters, masons and equipment operators. We build, pergolas, install fences and construct walls using landscape timbers, concrete and natural stone. We install walkways and patios with bluestone, pavers and other materials. We install driveways. We dig foundations, plant large plant materials and boulderscape using excavators, backhoes and bobcats.
Garden Concepts maintenance crews do spring and fall clean ups. Install and maintain lawns. Trim bushes and spread mulch in garden beds. And we cut back bushes and trees, clear land and remove snow in the winter.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking people with 2 to 4 years of experience in the landscape industry. However, we are willing to train anyone who is reliable, hardworking and cares about doing a good job!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
