KROWN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able to perform all duties as follows:

JOB DUTIES:
  • Processing and reviewing recordable documents.
  • Verify state and county recording fees are being collected.
  • Prepare checks to be sent with documents to state and county.
  • Review all documents and recording fees to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Communicate with departments and management.
  • Knowledge of State and County recording processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Administrative position
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Terminology.
  • Strong Customer Services skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Location: Robinson, PA
Duration: Direct Hire position
Wage: $48,000 - $50,000 per year
Shift: 8:30am – 5:00 pm

Krown Employment Services medical insurance benefits include availability of fixed indemnity and a MEC Wellness/Preventative plan care, vision and dental insurance, short-term disability and life insurance. In addition, employees are eligible for vacation and holiday based on tenure with the company.
