Responsibilities

The Kingsley Association in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Building Service employee to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
• Supervise facility Areas such as Gym, Pool, Etc
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform minor repairs if needed
• Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place
• Set up & break down rooms for rentals
• Greet & Sign- in visitors
• Lock doors at end of night

Qualifications

•  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
•  Strong customer services skills
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast pace environment, be flexible, organized and able to effectively prioritize work tasks
•  Strong verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to work as part of a team

•  Skilled in the use of a computer.
• Ability to use membership and scheduling software
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work well with limited supervision
