WHAT: 40 Hour, Personal Care Aide Training Program

WHERE: 3083 Akahi Street, Ste 101, Lihue, HI 96766

WHEN: Monthly - From 11:30 am-3:30 pm

COST: PAID TRAINING!

Things you will learn during the PCA Training Program:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation

  After completing the training program, we have current job openings for PCA's- Personal Care Aides in the following locations:

• Lihue
• Kapa'a
• Waimea
• Princeville
• Kalaheo

Qualifications for PCA- Personal Care Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Two Step TB Test
• Pass State Background Test
