Kalleo Technologies is a managed IT Service Provider with extensive knowledge of the challenges facing the healthcare, marine transportation, and government industries. This is where Kalleo steps in. We have found that by reallocating time-consuming yet necessary network maintenance tasks from the companys internal IT team to ours, those individuals are given the time needed to leverage the knowledge they possess about their industry to research, develop, and implement custom solutions to transform the way IT is used by their organization. The result is an improvement in the alignment between the organizations business goals and technology resources. Kalleo also provides support for clients who lack internal IT support entirely. Those clients hire Kalleo as their Chief Information Officer. In this role, Kalleo resolves the frustration of system downtime by performing the daily maintenance tasks required to keep the organizations systems running optimally. We invest the time necessary to learn about the organization, including its strengths, weaknesses, business processes, and short and long-term objectives. We facilitate brainstorming sessions to assist in goal and strategy development. Then, we develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns the implementation of new technology to those goals. To demonstrate our commitment to constantly earning your business, we do not require a long-term contract. You pay month to month for our service.
