Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and Caregivers to join our team in Kaimuki to Hawaii Kai! As a part of our Franchise company, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a flexible schedule and competitive salary.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to seniors including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and socialization to clients
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
- Assist with mobility and transportation as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Document and report any changes in client's condition
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification or caregiver training
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
