Position : Office Specialist
Location : Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081
Hours : 8 : 00-5 : 00 M-F
Must-Haves :
- High school diploma / GED
- 1-2 years’ front desk experience
- Check-in experience in a medical environment phone support verifying insurance, taking messages, etc.
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume office setting
- Must be willing to provide documentation or obtain vaccinations included below :
- Hep B, Covid, TB, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Flu (seasonal), MMR vaccine
Plusses :
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Highly Prefer EPIC experience
Day-to-Day : We are hiring an experienced Office Specialist for a client of ours in the Nocatee area. This position will include :
- Patient Registration
- Check in and check out
- Phone room support
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Assisting patients as needed
