- Proven experience in finance, vendor management, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas like Vlookups.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of vendor systems and bank routing numbers is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
