(IBHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that operates two medical facilities in San Bernardino, California, one in Banning, California, and a Substance Abuse treatment facility in San Bernardino, California. IBHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, healthcare organization that serves the uninsured, underinsured and disenfranchised population of the San Bernardino and Banning, areas and the surrounding communities.
