HOVA Flight Services has been serving the aviation community since 1992, starting as a small local FBO in central Virginia, before expanding to multiple FBO locations in both Richmond, Virginia and Winter Haven, Florida, and 141 flight school locations in Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia.
