Global Solutions Associate

Job Description:

Our client, is looking for Global Solutions Associate. The primary purpose of the discovery team is to work within that unit setting up the meeting notification, setting up meeting agendas, ordering the materials, and completing the billing information as it pertains to each event. The Verification team?s purpose is to ensure all information is accurate prior to be released for distribution to our clients. These actions are all performed within our established procedural and regulatory guidelines. Office environment working 40 hours week. This position requires working overtime and weekends during seasonal workload fluctuations.

Responsibilities:

• Learn, recognize, and apply global regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities

• Create or verify global events, set up agendas, billing information and review materials accurately

• Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies

• Identify and escalate potential issues

• Interact with peers, both internal and external, and function as part of a team

• Ability to work and adjust output according to seasonal fluctuations of workload

Education Requirements:

• Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experienced with sourcing and sales

Qualifications:

• Able to work on multiple projects under constraint of deadlines

• Good research skills

• Detail oriented

• Good proofreading skills
