JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The College of Health and Human Development seeks to hire facilitators for the Health Family Foundation project. Facilitators are responsible for delivering curriculum material via Zoom for each class in a comprehensive, clear, and effective manner, being faithful to the curriculum, and relating to participants in a sensitive manner. Facilitators prepare with co-leader in advance, dividing up roles and coordinating tasks, coordinate with the local organizer around logistics, and completing feedback forms for each class. Facilitators are also responsible for contacting participants when they missed a class to check in and bring them up to date, and meeting with participants before class to provide brief make-ups.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
