In 2019, HCC served approximately 18,000 individuals through supportive housing, targeted prevention and supportive services, fitness education (via the FITBK and FITQB initiatives), health and wellness education, access to nutrition, case management, domestic violence services, mental health services (via BeWell, our Article 31 mental health clinic), substance abuse counseling, community mobilization, immigration services, and client advocacy for individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses.
