OVERVIEW

As a Hair Replacement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client's journey, offering expert advice, performing hair replacement services, and providing ongoing support. This part-time role is ideal for someone eager to elevate their career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct private consultations with clients to assess their needs, discuss options, and develop personalized hair replacement plans.
• Perform hair replacement services, including fitting, styling, and maintenance of hairpieces and extensions, with a focus on all hair textures.
• Demonstrate compassion and understanding towards clients experiencing hair loss, offering emotional support and reassurance throughout their treatment process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques to provide the best possible service to our clients.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are clean, sanitized, and organized according to salon standards.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to meet and exceed client expectations, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hair styling, hair replacement, or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about learning and growing in this specialty.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability, with the ability to arrive at work on time and manage appointments effectively.
