What you’ll achieve

As a Product Management Senior Consultant, you will identify new growth areas, technologies, and emerging product/service opportunities. You also need to work hand-in-hand with sales to win customers and manage their implementation and relationship to ensure customer success on our products.

You will :

•Applies broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and industry environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities. p>

•Creates, implements, and monitors plans for testing products/ solutions through beta releases or pilot programs while ensuring that product/ solution features and specifications reflect customer requirements.

• Develop sales enablement materials, train sales and work alongside sales to nurture customer opportunities to win deals.
• Upon winning customer deals, maintain customer intimacy and relationship to ensure we deliver successful implementation of our products and customer value on an ongoing basis.

  Essential Requirements:

  •15 years of related experience (preferably within telecommunications)

  •Deep technical expertise in software architecture, telco operating environments as well as the telco ecosystem vendors

  •Business and entrepreneurial acumen with strategic and critical thinking

  •Strong technical acumen with a history of building/delivering enterprise products

  •Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and scheduling and deploying new feature sets

  •Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize objectives.

  Desirable Requirements

  •Bachelor’s Degree

  •Strong technical skills in orchestration and automation of IT, datacenter, edge computing systems, Cloud, compute, storage, networking and security. Familiarity with telco assurance systems and processes as well as cloud-native network function operations for mobile network
