Work focus areas will expand over time to include:

Paid Ads Strategy:

• Support the PPC team's optimizations and research to support campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics for insights to maximize ROI.

SEO Strategy:

• Assist in the execution of our comprehensive SEO strategy.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement on-page and off-page updates.

Email Marketing:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
• Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to increase engagement and conversions.
• Monitor email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

Conversion Optimization:

• Collaborate with the experimentation team to design and develop pages and user journeys.
• Analyze user behavior data to help generate data-driven conversion ideas

Analytics and Reporting:

• Regularly monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
