Role Summary: Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Lighting Sales Consultant is a key member of the Kendall Lighting Center sales team. The person in this role maintains positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for selling a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in, merchandising new accessories and pricing, and maintaining cleanliness and order of the showroom floor.

- Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in
- Sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in
- Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet Company growth objectives
- Merchandise new accessories and price them as required
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom
- Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards

- Work Experience: 1 year of customer service experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office; strong computer and typing skills
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities; able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
- Cross-functional Skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; excellent internal and external customer service; willingness to learn quickly; ability to work independently and as part of a team
